After 33 years of business, Jon Schmidt, President and Owner of Transaction Design, Inc. (TDI), is retiring at the end of 2023 and is transferring certain assets of TDI to kurIT Solutions, LLC (kurIT). Janis Kuritsubo, President and Owner of kurIT Solutions, LLC, has been TDI’s senior technologist for the past 25 years and is dedicated to continuing supporting TDI’s clients under her company. Effective 1 January 2024, TDI’s LTS/OnGuard security software for Stratus and the Ban Bottlenecks capacity management service will be transferred to kurIT. TDI and kurIT continue to work closely together for the next few years for a smooth and seamless transfer for our clients. Please feel free to contact us for further information.
